5. Delivery & Logistics

  • Delivery within Oman is subject to route availability and minimum order volumes.

  • All goods are inspected prior to dispatch. Buyers must inspect goods upon delivery.
  • Claims for spoilage or damage must be submitted within 6 hours of receipt, with photographic or video evidence.
